Die Villa war genau wie beschrieben. Alenka ist eine sehr freundliche und herzliche Gastgeberin und war immer zu unserer Verfügung wenn wir etwas benötigt haben. Sie hat uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Es war alles sehr unkompliziert, wir können sie wärmsten weiterempfehlen!

  Alenka’s beautiful house was perfect for our family of four! Very nice and clean villa, well equipped with everything you need to feel like home. Our kids loved the private pool and play area. Alenka was also super sweet and provided us with lots of information, homegrown vegetables, tasty Istrian wine and her hospitality. We would definitely like to book this place again if we would visit that area.

  Die Unterkunft ist zwar von jeglichen Stränden abgelegen, jedoch ist man in Istrien relativ zentral, so dass man zu allen möglichen Orten mit dem Auto innerhalb von ca 35min erreichen kann. Für uns war es perfekt. Jedoch leider nur 3 Tage

  My family and I could not have been more pleased with our stay in this lovely home! The home and the host were 5 stars all around. The only thing I would change is for our stay to have been longer 🙂 Communication, check-in and check-out were all easy and seamless. The home is as beautiful as the pictures. The location is remote, but it was a very nice central location with all the places we wanted to see within a 30 minute drive. Highly recommend!

  Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Alenkas Haus. Sie war sehr Hilfsbereit und immer sofort erreichbar!
Das Haus ist zwar sehr abgelegen aber hat dort alles was man braucht. In ca. 30 min ist man beim nächsten Strand und in 15 min in der nächst größten Stadt.
Vor allem mit kleinen Kindern können wir es sehr empfehlen, da das Grundstück übersichtlich und umzäunt ist. Der kleine Spielplatz ist natürlich auch super!

Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht! Wir waren selbst sehr erfreut was alles vorhanden war! Die positiven Rezessionen können wir nur bestätigen.

  Wir (2 Erwachsene und unsere 4 Kinder) durften Anfang Oktober Alenka‘s Gastfreundschaft und Ihr wunderschönes Haus für zehn sonnige Tage genießen. Die dörfliche, aber dennoch zentrale Lage in Istrien hat uns Hamburgern sehr gut gefallen, ebenfalls die zahlreichen Möglichkeiten im Haus (Pool, Whirlpool, Dart, Tischtennis, Grill, Trampolin, Chillecke ....) Jederzeit gern wieder:-)

Que dire de la maison aussi qui ne manquait de rien tout était très propre et à dispositions, il n’y a aucun point négatif a retenir.

  Alenka is a great host who answers your questions prior to your journey or while you are already enjoying the villa deal, very promptly. We had a very warm welcome and goodbye. The villa was perfect for our family of four and also our border collie has enjoyed the completely fenced garden. The pictures she had posted 100% match with the reality. We strongly recommend Alenka's villa which is located in a spot which people looking for rest and peace will love. Travelling to the west, south and east coasts of Istria will take you about 30 to 40 minutes.

  We visited the Istrian peninsular in early July 2019 and stayed at Alenka's fantastic Villa in Jopi for 4 nights. The Villa is situated in a peaceful village not far from the larger town of Pazin. It was an ideal base for exploring the peninsula or as somewhere just to rest and relax. A 30min drive a away from Rovinj and Porec and an hour drive to Cape Kamenjak, the furthest away point on the Premature Peninsula below Pula. {our favourite place and would recommend a visit}
Alenka met us with a warm welcome and provided good advice on the local area. She was easily contactable during our stay with any queries we had.
The Villa itself was very well equipped, immaculate in its presentation and with the attention to detail like, fresh coffee, tea, oils and cooking spices, great selection of lovely glassware, an abundance of fresh white towels and bathroom baskets of toileteries gave it that extra special feel. Alenka presented us with a bottle of Istrain red wine on arrival, which was great and there was a small 'mini bar' of further wines if we wanted to purchase available at the house which I thought was a great idea.
The outside space was fabulous catching the sun all day with access to shade if required. Two car ports were also useful as shade for the car. Although our children had out grown the swings, younger children would have all they need to keep themselves busy.
Our party consisted of 3 adults and 2 teenagers and the combination of the pool, hot tub with bluetooth for music, table tennis and darts kept everyone entertained... and of course the fight for who's turn it was in the egg chair! We especially liked the stylish out door eating area . The size of the indoor and outdoor space provided more than adequate room for everyone to find their own space when required, while the electric gates provided a real sense of security and privacy.
A local restaurant 5 min walk away from the house was a great introduction to the home grown/home made produce of Istria. {although be aware the portion sizes for the starters where very large !} A local shop further into the village was able to provide essentials, however a Lidl was around 15 min drive away at the start of Pazin.
We would definitely recommend this villa to family and friends and was suitable for all ages. We would love to return.

  Es un alojamiento ideal para visitar la península de istria, muy bien situado y con todos los servicios necesarios para hacer una estancia agradable: piscina, necesaria cuando el calor aprieta, zona de juegos para los niños, con cama elástica, dardos, columpios...todo lo que mantiene entretenidos a los niños y que hacen la estancia más fácil. Un sitio para recomendar, sin duda! Y con una limpieza impecable!
Alenka es muy amable y esta pendiente de lo que necesitas.

  Es ist besser als erwartet und der Service perfekt. Ich gebe normal nicht leichtfertig eine 5 Sterne Bewertung ab, aber hier wurden unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Ich habe wegen einem Rollstuhl für unsere 95 zig jährige Oma nachgefragt und schon stand dieser bei unserer Ankunft zur Verfügung. Ein Traum.
